Benefits of Sea Moss

Sea moss goes by many names; Sea Moss, Irish Moss, Chondrus Crispus are all forms of an algae which grow abundantly in the Caribbean and North Atlantic Ocean.

Sea moss was made famous by the world-renowned Dr. Sebi who credits Sea moss as a major contributor to his ability to cure a whole host of diseases.

This superfood is packed with a ton of nutrients and minerals. It is said to contain 92 of 102 minerals found in the human body and can be used to benefit you in many ways ranging from improving immunity to raising low libido.

My Personal Experience with Sea moss

Upon consumption of Sea moss, you notice a surprising spike of energy levels. I always find myself tackling some of my more difficult tasks for the day after I have my sea moss. I really find a drive and focus to get moving on things.

Over my long-term use of 30 days + I noticed a significant difference in both the texture and health of my skin and nails. My skin has become softer, my nails smoother and harder.

I credit this to the fact my body is getting and actually absorbing these wonderful nutrients and minerals.

Types of Sea Moss

There are two main types of sea moss, light brown/tan and red. It is said the red is used to detox the body while the light brown/tan is used to replenish and strengthen the body.

As with any product that hits the market these days, you need to be concerned where it comes from. Organic is a must since some sea moss is starting to be grown in pools which do not produce the same powerful natural benefits you are looking for. It comes from many areas in the Caribbean and near Ireland. Make sure to read the reviews before purchasing.

Why I Always Include CBD With my Sea Moss

I call this my one - two punch. I always pair my sea moss and CBD. Both are so impactful on my health and seem to work in synergy. I feel I get better absorption, my mood, and mental state always finds a nice homeostasis, and my drive and focus are always on point regardless of what is set in front of me to accomplish.

Make sure to try our CBD tincture with your sea moss and you will see exactly what I am talking about.
